Stories of Keys and Wine
Pianist Miranda Persello in conversation with Matteo Bellotto.
Writer and Brand Ambassador for the Friuli Colli Orientali e Ramandolo Consortium, Matteo Bellotto has been studying and working in the world of wine for years. Author of numerous successful books, just a few metres from the Austrian border, Matteo talks to us about another borderline, marked by rows of vines, between Italy and Slovenia, immersing us in stories of men who have made these places their reason for living, putting their essence into a glass.
At the end, there will be a convivial moment in collaboration with the Friuli Colli Orientali and Ramandolo Consortium.
Miranda Persello
Born in Udine in 2004, Miranda began studying piano at the age of six under the guidance of Matteo Andri and Ferdinando Mussutto. In 2024 she graduated with top marks and honors (110 cum laude) from the “J. Tomadini” Conservatory of Udine, where she studied with Maestro Achille Gallo.

She is currently enrolled in the two-year postgraduate program at the Udine Conservatory under Professor Sebastiano Mesaglio and is also pursuing a Master’s degree at the Gustav Mahler Private University of Klagenfurt, where she studies with Maestro Lorenzo Cossi. At Klagenfurt, she has frequently been chosen among the university’s top students to perform in solo and chamber concerts held at the Konzerthaus.
In 2025 she was selected by the Udine Conservatory, following an audition, to perform as soloist with orchestra at the Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine on the occasion of the institution’s 100th anniversary.
