Let’s get to know the fir tree: from resin to needles, via bark and roots, through our 5 senses. A short walk will take us into the shade of these trees, where through myths and legends we will also discover its now forgotten phytotherapeutic uses.
Programme: meeting, short walk, break under the fir trees with stories and small workshop, return to the Forest Sound Track.
Meeting point: Prati Oitzinger locality, car park P2 Val Saisera
Duration: around 3 hours
Maximum number of participants: 30 people
Tips: comfortable clothing, hiking shoes or hiking boots, rain jacket and/or poncho, telescopic poles, water
